From the information we have available the cable you require to connect a Scart socket to a HDMI port is a Scart to HDMI convertor cable unfortunately, we do not have any available on our website.

I can confirm the following on the 1.5m Scart Lead:
Without knowing the TV model and make, along with the sky box version you have we are unable to assist. However, if your TV has a SCART socket as well as the sky box, then you will be able to use it to connect the two together.

Providing your Tv has a scart socket (21 pin socket) at the rear of the set, and at the rear of the appliance you are connecting ie a DVD player, then yes this this lead is suitable.
