This seems to be excellent my bestie friend put it together for me cause I’m getting on a bit ( I’m nearly 72) anyway I thought I’d give it a go - she’s done a grand job. The staff were amazing putting it into the car for me. I’ve been poorly 😷 but I’m better now so I’ll start using it tonight.

Wish I’d saved my money
Purchased this about 3 weeks ago, arrived promptly and well packaged. It had full instructions on how to assemble it and was quite easy for an old un like me, After using it for about 10 mins the screws started coming loose, I tightened them fully and again after a few minutes the same thing happened. It’s hard to use (for me anyway) when it gets loose so not been using it since. Wish I’d not bothered with it as it was quite expensive really and now it’s just collecting dust.

Excellent quality
I’m really pleased with my twist and shape. It burns a surprising amount of calories and it’s very sturdy yet easy to move around. I’m really pleased I got this one because of the rails which add an extra level of support and twist action. My friend bought a competitor’s product without the rails and she wishes she’d bought mine 😆

Family exercise
I bought this as a method of exercise for my autistic family. My kids find it an entertaining method of exercise to do whilst they can still enjoy watching TV. Would not recommend if you have back problems as the twisting can be very painful.

It’s not worth paying out for the new folding version as this just makes the handle bar feel more unstable
