Great once built
Great beginners bike, very difficult to build, make sure you dont let the wires drop out and feed through the tension wire otherwise you will have to take it apart again! Took me 3 attempts as instructions are very poor! The console is okay but only usable thing is the timer and pulse. The distance and calories are pointless as dont account for tension on the wheel. It says ive burnt less calories when I increase the tension!

I bought this & assembled it per the instruction book. The screen did not show any activity ie speed, heart rate etc so I checked everything was connected etc & put it back together. Spoke to Argos & no help so returned item, as no suggestion of replacement part or help. Waste of time

Cheap and Cheerful
Not very easy to set up. The instructions miss out crucial information, such as parts being inside other parts. Overall, it seems very flimsy, I don’t expect it to last long. The circuit board for the digital interface is quite novice. Additionally the back metal base is incorrectly shaped and does not fit onto the back of the bike frame, so we have not been able to fit it firmly or correctly. Overall, it is cheap and cheerful, you get what you pay for I guess.

This is the recovery function which will test your fitness recovery. To do this, hold the hand pulse sensors for one minute after which a fitness value will be displayed; F1.0 is excellent fitness and F6.0 is very poor fitness.
