The Holsted Sliding Wardrobe's made for bedrooms where space is tight and you need storage that doesn't crowd the room. The mirrored doors reflect light around the room, making it feel brighter and more open. Two sliding doors glide on smooth metal runners, so there's no swing space needed like traditional wardrobe doors. Inside there's a full-width hanging rail and top shelf in a grey finish. You'll get plenty of room for your clothes, coats and folded items. The white gloss exterior works with most bedroom styles.
The sliding mechanism's reliable and smooth, thanks to quality German engineering. Two fixed hanging rails hold up to 14kg each, that's enough for your everyday wardrobe. Two fixed shelves give you storage for folded clothes, bags or shoes. The unit's over 60cm high so it must be securely attached to the wall to prevent overturning, wall fixings are included. Self-assembly required with two people recommended. There's a one-year manufacturer's guarantee included. Made in the UK.

Excellent strong piece of furniture. A bit awkward to build in the space we had but we got there in the end. It took about 10 hours for two of us. The instructions could have been better. Very heavy. Nevertheless we can definitely recommend it. We'll worth the effort and it looks good 😊

Lovely wardrobe
I bought this extra large wardrobe for my son and am really pleased with it. There is loads of room for clothes etc. It took 2 carpenters 4 hours to assembly it and I would recommend getting a professional to do it.

Looks fabulous. Great sliding doors
I bought this so I coukd get to it more easily with my powerchair. Sliding doors are do much easier than navigating around opening doors. My friend came to build them for me and he said how well made they were. He's a carpenter so knows his stuff. He said he would also recommend them for build quality and looks. Really pleased with them.

Not as good as they were
I bought 2 of these in grey a couple of years ago and was impressed. With this white gloss not so much, the door panel edges are not finished off, as in they don’t have bevelled edges, so it just looks like someone has forgotten to put a joint strip over the join. Still sturdy and solid but just don’t look as nice when erected.

Habitat Extra Large Gloss wardrobe
Bought this a month ago and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the product. It all came very well protected and packed but the only reason we gave it 4 Stars is because the instructions could have been clearer. No novice could have put this together but it only took myself and my wife(we're pensioners) to erect it and we are extremely happy with the quality.

HOLSTED EXTRA LARGE WARDROBE
This is the biggest and most complex 'flatpack' assembly I've ever done. You will need a large area to assemble it, at least a floor area of 2m x 2m so that it can be laid on it's front during assembly to get it accurately squared. Each door is made up of 3 panels so you get 2 middle panels with 2 bevel edges and 4 with one bevel edge and one flat edge (the flat edges go top and bottom). 2 of my top/bottom panels were pre-drilled incorrectly (holes for the fixing plates were on the flat edge) so the bevel edges wouldn't go together. Using 1 of the correctly drilled panels as a template I had to measure and drill extra holes, which added a lot more time to the assembly process. It looks good when finished, I would recommend it to a friend, but with the stated comments.

Our supplier has advised that the total hanging space for the Habitat Holsted White Gloss Extra Large Sliding Wardrobe is 195.4cm, 97.7cm each side.

Make sure you have plenty of room to put this up, as it is very big!!!

I have spoken to our supplier who have advised as follows.
The interior of this unit is grey so the pack which is marked grey will be the interior panels. The one marked white will be the end pack, the end panels will have a grey inside face to match the interior, the other 2 packs are the white gloss doors.
