The bulbs that are showing as a recommendation for the Argos Home Satin Stick Table Lamp - Mustard, are equivelent to a 40 watt bulb. They will not give off a blue light. With the colour of the shade it should be a warm glow.

The bulb required for the Argos Home Satin Stick Table Lamp - Mustard, is recommended up to 6 watts LED. This is equivelent to 60 watts. I am sorry I would not be able to advise if this would be suitable for yourself as this is down to the individual.

Argos Home Satin Stick Table Lamp - Flint Grey
Having looked into this, the lamp can take a traditional bulb of 40w, this equates for other bulb type:
Halogen2 25 watts
Compact fluorescent 10 watts
LED 5 watts
Please use this as a guide. As the light output of LED lamps continue to increase year on year. Where a 5 Watt lamp is currently needed, this may change over time. This will also be why the answers can change over time.
