About this product
The Habitat Squares Plus 6 Cube Storage Unit sorts your books, boxes and bits into neat compartments, keeping everything visible and within reach. Its minimalist design works as a room divider, against a wall, or tucked into alcoves for extra storage. The grey wood effect finish blends into most rooms. Six open cubes provide flexibility to hold storage boxes, plants or books. Each cube fits standard boxes up to 33cm, letting you mix open and closed storage. The thick frame gives a solid, sturdy look from every angle.
Hidden fittings keep the clean lines intact, no visible screws or brackets to interrupt the look. Fixed shelves mean the structure stays stable and square under the weight of your stuff. It'll hold up to 45kg total, with each shelf taking 7.5kg comfortably. Wall-mounting is required because it's over 60cm tall, that's really important for stability and safety, especially if you've got kids or pets around. Fixings aren't included, so you'll need the right ones for your wall type. Arrives flat-packed for one-person assembly with clear instructions provided.

Very nice - could do with improved packaging.
Looks really nice, it's solid, and easy enough to put together. It had a small dent in the edge of one of the panels which lets it down - not big enough to send it back, but enough not to give five stars. Maybe improve the packaging.

Very thick and heavy. Good quality sturdy wood.
I bought this to use as a TV stand for my 50inch TV. It is super heavy and thick wood panels which means it's not knocked out of position very easy, and why I bought this. It can be rotated so it's landscape as I have done. The outer panels are all the same. You just add the felt anti scratch stickers on whichever side you are placing on the floor. Was very easy to put together. I did it easily by myself.

Its a shelf
Shelves are deep and fit a lot on them. I like being able to have them horizontal or landscape depending on the space I have. I would have liked the product to have a back like a traditional bookshelf so nothing slides off the rear.

I bought two of these to stack one on top of the other to hold photo albums, stationery, etc. Reasonably priced and easy to assemble. They seem sturdy, so no concerns so far about them being 'up to the task'.
