Great item
Bought this item to help with a kitchen refit. It was a great help for cutting the worktop out for the sink and the hob. Also used it to put a curved edge on the worktop.

powerful router
first router i have bought and have it mounted under a table...this serves my purpose. However should i wish to use it using the router handles i would imagine it could be quiet tiring due to being quiet heavy ,plus the handles are of a large diameter due to incorporating the speed selector on one side and the main cable coming out of the other side. My hands being on the small size do not help.

Getting used to a new power tool.
This is the first router that I have ever had. It has some useful attachments and functions such as a width guide and a permanent cut depth control. It coped with the job that I purchased it for. I am quite satisfied with this product.

That first answer is nonsense, I built my own router table and it works fine ,plenty of you tube videos will show you how to,its really not that difficult. couldnt say about commercial ones but you should be able to build cheaper and better yourself

I would say yes it is suitable for mitreing kitch worktops if they ues the mitre kit which you can buy to use with a router
