Bought this for our granddaughter’s first birthday. Easy to put together, but we needed to buy some washers so that the wheels didn’t grate against the wood of the main cart. She loves it - has been giving the cat rides in it!

Yes, I am sure it will be fine. Our wee one has had hers outside and on laminate and vinyl floors so I think it would move on carpets. In fact I am sure we tried it in our house (carpets) when we built it up for her!

I can confirm the wheels do rotate but are fixed so can only go forward or backwards and do not turn.

The wheels do rotate, so the pram pushes along. They do rub a bit though, so squeaks a bit, but my wee great niece loves walking with her pram. It is lovely! Hope this helps!
