I have had this iron mow for a few weeks and after scrolling through lots of reviews for different makes this one was my choice. I’m not in the slightest disappointed, the steam production is powerful, a smooth gliding iron and, irons out all or 99% of creases. At first I thought it a little heavy but having used it a few times it’s not really. Setting are good for which type of material you need to iron. Ironing my duvet cover and sheets is so much better. So far I am really pleased with my purchase

Ironing made much easier and not a chore
This iron is the best I have ever had. It’s very powerful. A little heavy but doesn’t really bother me. Sometimes you can get water leaks but nothing to worry about. I would highly recommend this iron.

I have used tap water for years . I boil it and let it cool down i keep a litre carton of this cooled water, The last iron lasted me seven years due to this and I live in a Hard Water area, Hope this helps.

I can confirm tap water is fine for use in this iron, please be aware hard water can cause limescale build up. If you have hard water, filtered water is advised or limescale treatments.

Tap water is fine as it has a filter indicator which i find very helpful just take out and soak in citric acid best idea by far no issues at all
Used boiled cooled water. Don’t use shop bought ironing water or any scented water as it turns the water grey and can stain your ironing

Information booklet that comes with the iron states that normal tap water is the best to use because of the calc filter that is fitted.
