Still a recent purchase but after figuring out the best way to position it and the tightness to adjust it to it does actually enable you to do exercises that would otherwise be painful, but always be cautious as to not get to carried away at 1st use .

Fiddle to put on and tighten, Could do with a larger compression area. Padding is adequate at best Getting right, place for ergonomic fitting and stability is tricky non existent explaining of where to ft correctly They've been velcro adhesion is good... However it should be it's brand new Tip look on utube

Works really well, allowing normal activity
Bought this to alleviate golfers elbow during work / day. The positional gel pad works really well to target the problematic area & ease the pain, while also improving strength. It has allowed me to continue daily activity without doing more harm. The band holds perfectly both directly on the skin or over longer sleeved garments, which is useful.

This foes not fit an average woman. It is too big. My arm is 23.5 cm and I can’t get adequate pressure for this to work.

One size fits all - no!
This is ok, but if you are a fairly slim woman, maybe not for you. One size fits all may apply to men, I don't know, but certainly doesn't include me - or not properly, at least. The material pad that sits over the muscle bunches up as I have to pull the strap so far, so bunches up and I don't therefore feel that it compresses as effectively or supportively as it could. However, it stays in place throughout my gym session, and it does help provide some support.

Bought it to help with tennis elbow pain when playing golf. It's covers a larger area on my arm than previous one. But it works really well. I also use it when gardening.

Neo G strap has helped with healing my tennis elbow along side doing the exercises the physio recommended, applying an ice pack 2-3 x daily and gel pain relief when needed. It supports the area well and is easy to put on.

My arm is 23.5 cm at the relevant point and it is too big for me so I am returning it. I would say minimum size is 25cm at least to get the right fit and compression. You will see reviews saying the same thing.
I have just purchased this. I am petite and my arm is 22cm circumference where the strap would go. Unfortunately although I can get it on, it slips down when wearing and so is no use. I hope that I can get a refund.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Neo G Tennis and Golf Elbow Arm Support - One Size: ''We do not give a minimum size as the support may be adjusted to suit most wearers, however the item is not designed to fit wearers under the age of 12 years.''
