Great budget item! Worth the money.
Great on budget. It's not the most versatile when it comes to mounting on racing stands but mounts perfectly on a desk! It can lose precision over time and has a really lightweight action which makes it hard to be accurate when focused on driving. Despite its lightweight feel it is surprisingly durable and comfortable to use for long periods though it can lose it's clickiness over time.

Good shifter for the money
It works well out of the box with Logitech steering wheel I play dirt rally 2 and it works right out of the box. Shifter feels durable and good in hand little on the cheaper side but so is the price

Yes, this will work with the G29. In terms of it working on a PS5 you will need to check the games that you are wanting to use it with are able to be used on the PS5 with the G29 and this shifter.
