About this product
Cleverly designed to help reduce snoring. Whilst we don't claim to cure your snoring completely, the Silentnight Anti-snore Pillow can help to reduce snoring, or your levels of snoring. Tested by the British Snoring & Sleep Apnoea Association who found the pillow reduced snoring frequency and volume by approximately 50%. Within the centre of the pillow is an ergonomically shaped foam core which is designed to support your head and neck, keeping it at just the right position to improve your breathing. This in turn can help to reduce snoring.

Don’t bother
Just seems like any other pillow, absolutely does not help stop snoring at all... don’t waste your money

Lumpy
This is a flat, lumpy pillow. There is supposed to be a rigid “wave” inside that supports your neck when you lie on your back, but it is bunched up and just awkward to adjust. The product is useless if you sleep on your side.

How does it work?
I bought this pillow a month ago and haven't got on with it at all. The foam appears to be thicker along one side than the other, and honestly I don't know which is the correct way to use it. I only slept on it for one or two nights, it was uncomfortable - too thick and hard. I couldn't see how it would ease my snoring. Since then I've tried another 'anti-snore' pillow that was much more radically shaped, but that was even worse, so I might give this one a second try.

Anti snore pillow
I bought this pillow in the hope it would help me sleep & reduce my snoring. It's helped slightly with the snoring, my husband says I snore less & quieter, so good I suppose. I don't find it very comfortable, the pillow flattens quite easily & you can definitely feel the foam on the middle. I'm not sleeping any better, but suppose you can't have everything.

Hi Georgie

This can be used on either side.

Hello George,
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Silentnight Anti-Snore Medium/ Soft Pillow: ''The Anti-snore pillow does have a certain way to be used therefore please check you are using the pillow correctly.
The pillow contains an S shaped foam which can be felt down the side (or with the label on the right side with the label towards the bottom of the pillow) this should sit the neck into the S shape and angles your jaws slightly upwards to keep the airways open. This is a change to the way you sleep and can be uncomfortable until you get used to this position.''
Hope this helps.
Thank you for using Q & A.

Hi Sarah
The Silentnight Anti-Snore Medium/ Soft Pillow has been tested and found to reduce snoring levels by normally up to 50% but it will not stop it entirely.
Thanks for using Q&A.
My opinion is no. It worked for a few days for my husband then he was back snoring away. He still has it and it makes no difference how he sleeps he snores every night.
This item has been researched by a sleep studies provider and they advise it may reduce the sound of snoring but not cure it. Your girlfriend may have allergies affecting her nose and it would be worth it to speak with her GP. There are many reasons for snoring - please take advice this from a healthcare provider.
None unless you cut it in two and jam it into your ears
Good morning,
The pillow will not work for everyone. When tested by an independent sleep clinic it was found that 60% of the people who tested has an improvement in snoring level and sound, some stopped snoring completely as well. It may not be suitable for every customer and cannot guarantee that this product will stop snoring completely but should lower the noise level at the very least.
I hope this helps.
Kind regards,
