Better than Henry.
James is much lighter than his brother Henry but has the same powerful suction. The wife is very happy as she can now carry James up and down the stairs with ease, (which makes me happy that she is happy).

Replacement for old James
I had the previous version of James which was yellow, and lasted about 13 years, so great value! James is lighter than Henry, so easier to carry upstairs. I don't like this new version quite so much as the old one - the hose is a bit shorter, there is only one setting, which i find a bit too powerful, and i don't like the floor tool as much - but luckily the old tools all fit the new one. If it lasts as long as the old one I'll be happy.

Good machine and suction
I brought my Henry James a few weeks ago. I originally brought the Henry Quick but it was recalled as there was a problem with that model. I am very pleased with the Henry James though? It’s quite light but very powerful.

Another great hoover from the Henry range but this one is lighter which is great for doing the stairs.

Brilliant vacuum
This is my first Henry vacuum which I opted for due to its lightness compared with the others in the range. I am very pleased with it. Its suction is excellent and I’m impressed with all the tools it comes with.

Hello Chelle,
