No, the Ring Quick Release Battery Pack does not include a screw, you use the screw from the doorbell itself, simply unscrew the faceplate from your doorbell, take out the battery by pressing the lower tab and fit the new battery, replace the cover and secure using your existing security screw.
I hope this help.

Hi there, as an owner of this product I can confirm that no screw or screws are included with the battery pack, the doorbell itself has the screw included, simply unscrew the faceplate from your doorbell, open it, take out the battery by pressing the lower tab and fit the new battery, replace the cover and secure using your existing security screw, if you have lost or damaged the screw I am sure you could get a replacement at a good diy store. I hope this helps.
