Customers Say
The lock is praised for its solid build and practicality, but many users find the combination dials stiff and difficult to operate. Overall, it's a reliable option for those seeking keyless security.

Excellent lock
Very good quality, better than anticipated

Almost impossible to unlock it.
I bought it for using the lock on gates where many people would use it. Decent price and the well known brand. I was disappointed to find that the lock is highly sensitive to the number position–one millimetre higher or lower and it's not unlocking. Rubber sleeve makes it almost impossible to get the combination straight, so it it's unlocks. I had to return it.

A solid combo lock
Bought to replace a 5 y/o one where the butterfly had been knocked off when dropped on concrete. I'm still using the old one but using the new one where my partner needs frequent access.

Secures things better than a security guard.
Locks the door / gate / bike / whatever. Combination means no bothersome key to locate (just need to remember the code!) Changing that code wasn’t as simple as I imagined, but once I figured out how to find the key to change it (and what the default code is) then I was good to go. Note - do NOT throw away packaging. Code change key and default code are in there! Do not lose that key, or you’re never changing the code again! Once used a few times the numbers turn more freely. Tight design should hopefully prevent bolt cutters removing. Padlock feels strong and secure. Best of all - it doesn’t need paying or feeding (unlike a security guard). All in all - it does the job it’s designed for - well! ps - there is no requirement for the combination to be set on that of an MI6 agent (notes where the combination was randomly left! lol)

Terrible
The pre-set combination was correct but trying to line it up with the not-straight line and open the look was near on impossible. Once I’d done so and managed to reset it to my own lock I put it in the unit I’d intended it for but literally today I had to unscrew the bolt it was padlocked to with a screwdriver as the padlock would not come undone
