Great idea, but the brush head lets it down
It was super easy to set up, and I really like the overall look and design, although it is a little bulky. The main thing that lets it down for me is the brush head. When I’m hoovering and hold the vacuum slightly upright, the head seems to lock into position. When I angle the vacuum back down to carry on hoovering, the brush head doesn’t automatically drop back down to touch the floor, so it doesn’t actually pick anything up. I physically have to knock the head back down with my foot so it makes contact with the floor again. It’s really annoying and interrupts you constantly while you’re cleaning. Other than that, I really like the idea of the self-emptying dustbin. It’s convenient and saves you having to empty the vacuum yourself after every clean. It’s a shame about the brush head issue because otherwise I quite like it.

Brilliant hoover at a great price
Brilliant! Literally so easy to use. Very lightweight. Excellent quality. The suction is really good. Love the fact that it's self emptying and charges itself. Battery is also very good.

Feeling let down
Bought this about a month ago has been changed once and the same problem has developed on this 1 blowing hair and debris out of the dust compartment i love the hoover in principle but now am becoming totally disillusioned it was purchased because i have 2 dogs

I bought this hoover a month ago, so pleased with it. Its light and easy to move around always ready for any mess and the kids love using it which means I have less to do. My son used the handheld part to clean his car was so easy and did a good job. Was looking for a cordless and found this was affordable and had great reviews

Great so far!!! really impressed, who would have thought there would be fights over who WILL hoover?!? The real test will be how it holds up at over a year old!

My daughter is so happy with her new purchase saus it is amazing piece of work loves the way it empties the dust after use. The weight is great so light to use. Does a whole house on one charge.

The filters are washable and designed to be maintained regularly. Rinse the pre-motor filters with water at least once a month and the post-motor filter at least once a year. Allow all filters to air-dry completely for up to 48 hours before reinstalling them. More frequent cleaning may be required with heavy use.
