Amazing
This model of carpet cleaning is next level. Easy to use and switch actions. I can go from carpet cleaning to upholstery cleaning with a flip of the lever. No stopping to attach the hose as it’s built in - just add the tool of choice. The stain function was incredible and removed dog muddy 🐾🐾 quickly off the furniture with a tap on the mode panel. Handy having the stain solution tank as a separate entity as you can see when it needs topping up.

I bought this product around 5 weeks ago I love it it's so easy to use and clean and my carpets dried so quick. Being the owner of 2 dogs a carpet cleaner is a must in our house. I have had a few carpet cleaners in the past but this one is by far the best.

Fantastic Cleaner
Great machine, used on day one to clean some stained carpets. Made a big difference to the stains, it was amazing how much dirt came out! Easy to put together out of the box, simple to use and super easy to clean. Very impressed!

Easy to use
I bought this machine a few weeks ago and I’ve cleaned the lounge carpet twice. Not all the stains have come out, particularly where my cat has been sick. I used the pet tool but didn’t want to overdo the cleaning in case it spoiled the carpet pile. One problem I did encounter was a leakage from the solution tank. I screwed the top on tightly but did noticed a puddle on the floor. I immediately took the tank out and checked it upside down and the liquid was coming out. I took the top off and swapped it with the one on the stain shot tank and this time it was ok. The tops appear the same but maybe there is a difference between them.

A fantastic and easy to use carpet cleaner.
I found the Vax Max Stain Shot to be an excellent carpet cleaner. It does a great job of cleaning carpets but the stain shot feature is absolutely amazing and removes stains that I really felt it would be unable to shift, and it did it so quickly and easily too. I have tried the upholstery attachment on a tapestry cushion and it lifted the stain quickly with no damage at all to the fabric. The spin scrub is also easy to use and handy for reaching into areas the full machine could not access. I did not need to use it for extra work on stains as the stain shot did such a great job. I have had the larger model Vax carpet shampooers for years and they are great for covering larger areas of carpet but now I am older and have arthritis in my wrists I do find them harder work to use and it is a struggle for me to move them upstairs. Quite honestly this carpet shampooer is perfectly suited to my needs and is so much easier for me to use. I think I will be using the Max Clean Stain Shot Carpet cleaner for all my carpet cleaning. However for those who can easily manage I think a larger machine with bigger tanks would be ideal for cleaning a larger area of carpet, combined with the Max Clean Shot Carpet Cleaner for easily dealing with smaller spills and areas. Overall this is a fantastic carpet cleaner for me and will make my carpet shampooing much easier for me. The stains left by grandchildren and pet will be so much easier to deal with.
