Does everything I asked for.
I am very pleased with my new Dyson. I wanted an upright, cordless, easy to assemble cleaner, and this achieves all these, plus it also has an attachment to wash the floor as well! It runs equally well on carpets and hard floors, leaves my floors looking fantastic, and is easy to empty. It is also light for me to carry around, so I can reach all the nooks and crannies without exhausting myself! I am very pleased I was pointed in the Dyson direction!

Mixed Feelings
Purchased product just a few weeks ago, comparisons against previous machine Upright DC40. Very good suction, and manouverability. Disappointing battery run time, have had to purchase a second battery. Disappointing capacity of dust collector, constant need to empty. Surprised that some features considered helpful on similar models aren't redacross to all similar morels. eg Dust compression.

We bought this a couple of weeks ago and are quite pleased with the ordinary vacuum cleaner but very disappointed with the submarine tool which is awkward to fill and empty and useless on bathroom floor which is tiled. It leaves streaks across the floor.

Easy to use and Great features
We love our new slim Dyson V12s and appreciate that it is light and maneuverable. We use it for our home and car. We appreciate the powerful suction and the HEPA filter. The only slight disappointment is the small container for dust; However emptying it is easy. Our latest Dyson exhibits the quality we have come to expect.

Disappointed!
We’ve had many Dyson products over the years, and have generally been pleased with the products. However, we were surprised that the submarine wet and dry roller has a defect in that even using the smallest amount of Dyson cleaning product it leaves suds marks from overflowing on the left hand side. In effect, the capture of dirty water overflows the bar meant to direct it into the separate tank. As such, I am constantly using a dry cloth to clean the residue from the underside.

Use the serial number on the unit
The hoover itself is great - light weight and powerful. But registering the guarantee cause absolute confusion until we realised that it had been shipped with the wrong instructions. Lesson learned: Don’t rely upon the paperwork, use the serial number from the Dyson itself.

The Dyson V12S Detect Slim Submarine Wet & Dry Handheld Vacuum Cleaner does not include a separate water filter; instead, wet cleaning is managed via the Submarine™ wet roller head, and the vacuum has a washable HEPA filter for debris and dust.
