Electrifying!
Sadly this doesn't massage as in rub. The nubs are static and what it doesn't tell you is that you need to "wet" the back of your neck in order to form a connection with the machine. I did this and have to say that no matter what setting I had it on it was just like being electrocuted, rather than massaged. Some people might like it and get away with it but for me, I found it just hurt and wasn't the pleasant neck massage I hoped for. Will see if someone else can use it instead and give it to them if they can. For me though im really dissapointed as I really hoped it would help my neck.... Sadly not to be this time.

Good for the neck
I fell and injured my neck. This really helped to relieve the pain and aching. I also get tension in my neck sometimes and this will help with that. However, it doesn't really extend down the shoulders.
