Not height adjustable - couldn’t return
Note this monitor is NOT height adjustable. The stand attachment is also fixed once attached so cannot be removed. Was denied a return because the monitor no longer fit in the box with the stand attachment. Now stuck with a monitor we can not use or return.

As for anti-glare this monitor has a 100Hz refresh rate which reduces lag and motion blur. Also with the advanced eye comfort technology certified by TÜV reduces eye strain by minimizing blue light and reducing irritating screen flicker which gives more of a matt effect to the screen creating less glare.
