Great carpet washer

I have owned a Vax carpet washer for many years, but after much use it finally developed a fault. The platinum smart wash was such a great price so I purchased one. I am very pleased with the machine. It is much easier to use than my old one and also very easy to clean thoroughly after use. I bought the machine firstly to clean the carpets in a house my daughter has purchased. The results are really good, dirt and stains removed very efficiently. I would point out that you must make sure the nozzle is fitted correctly. If not clipped into place the machine doesn't work. I am very pleased that I purchased the smart wash and recommend it highly.

Very powerful carpet cleaner

I bought this vax to replace my old one which I had for over 18 years and still working. Delivery was a nightmare was meant to be next day but arrived 4 days late which isn't vax fault. So the vax just used today on the car seat absolutely brilliant for the car, which sprayed plenty of water on and was great at drying the seat has fo the house carpets O M G it was so quick to clean compared to my old one and so powerful. I have a few vax machines and always find them quite good and when I haven't vax great at making sure the customer is happy

Fantastic carpet cleaner!

I'm so glad i bought this cleaner after my bissel broke. It cleaned my carpet really well and was easy to use and set up. The dry/suction only function is really good, my previous cleaner didn't have this and left the carpet very damp. The new vax removed much more water, meaning my carpet dried much quicker. Overall a great cleaner, really happy with my purchase.

Not used it yet. Got it because it was on special offer, but disappointed that these was no spin and scrub attachment.
