Wonderful machine
This carpet and upholstery cleaner has already paid for itself. I was ready to replace my dining room chairs but after it doing such a great job at cleaning my carpets I decided to see what could be the result on chairs that were extremely badly stained (3 children). Unbelievable! Actually looking as good as new. Easy to use and easy instructions to follow. Delighted.

NEW UPDATED VAX CLEANER
We purchased the machine around 2 months ago because our old one broke. Just finished cleaning the upholstery and all carpets throughout the house. Thrilled to bits with it. It seems to clean really deep into the carpets making the pile really stand up.

Easy to use
Bought two or three weeks ago, just used it for the first time today on our tired,old and dirty living room carpet. The carpet washer is so very easy to use and clean after use. The results were very good and have even helped brighten the parts of the carpet that have been heavily used. It’s not been a miraculous solution but will help stretch the life of our carpet at little longer. Overall we are very pleased and it’s certainly less hassle then the original Vax vacuum that would wash too.. Delivery was super fast too

Easy to use and produces good results
Recently purchased it was used rather tentatively at first. Very pleased to say that the result was extremely satisfying. As a novice I first used it on a carpet that is probably close to needing renewal. Amazingly it was revived with the pile lifted and colour more vibrant. A super machine with all parts fitting well and producing good results.

What a pleasure!
I've had my Smartwash just over a week and have used to shampoo all the carpets in the house. All I can say is what an excellent product. It did a fantastic job. The bonus was that it was so easy to clean afterwards as everything could be taken apart and put back so easily. Thank you Vax for making carpet cleaning a pleasure.

Easy to use
Certainly cleans . Only issue was the front clear part popping off which stops machine working, took a while to work out issue. So need to keep watching if washing happens. Automatic switch between wash/dry takes little while to get used to if have had older model

Great carpet washer
I have owned a Vax carpet washer for many years, but after much use it finally developed a fault. The platinum smart wash was such a great price so I purchased one. I am very pleased with the machine. It is much easier to use than my old one and also very easy to clean thoroughly after use. I bought the machine firstly to clean the carpets in a house my daughter has purchased. The results are really good, dirt and stains removed very efficiently. I would point out that you must make sure the nozzle is fitted correctly. If not clipped into place the machine doesn't work. I am very pleased that I purchased the smart wash and recommend it highly.

Very powerful carpet cleaner
I bought this vax to replace my old one which I had for over 18 years and still working. Delivery was a nightmare was meant to be next day but arrived 4 days late which isn't vax fault. So the vax just used today on the car seat absolutely brilliant for the car, which sprayed plenty of water on and was great at drying the seat has fo the house carpets O M G it was so quick to clean compared to my old one and so powerful. I have a few vax machines and always find them quite good and when I haven't vax great at making sure the customer is happy
