Tower Precision 28cm multi-pan. This pan features an ultra-durable stone non stick coating. 7 times stronger than standard non stick coatings. The saute pan has a thick forged 3mm aluminium body for faster heat distribution for more efficient results. The riveted stainless steel handle provides ultimate comfort and control when serving out portions of food. This saute pan is suitable for all hob types and is dishwasher safe, making quick work of the washing up. Tempered glass lids with steam release vents.

Sturdy and handy pan
I've only used this a few times so I can't speak for its longevity but it does a great job of sautéing vegetables. The design is slightly concave, apparently this is to allow for expansion when it is heated. This means that it can't as I was hoping double up as a frying pan as the oil pools slightly around the edges but it works well for what it is designed to do.

The supplier has advised the following for the Tower Precision 28cm Non Stick Aluminium Saute Pan:
"The pans contain our Cerastone coating which is 5x stronger than other non-stick coatings, and is PFAS, PFOA, PTFE, lead and cadmium-free."
