They work
They work just as well as our previous ones. They were Panasonic as well. The button to answer an incoming call eventually failed on one of the older ones. We had them for so long so it was no shame. I naturally went for the same make again.

Purchased these when our land line went digital to replace two none compatible old phones. They integrated easily with the three handset Panasonic system I already had. Not as many features as my current handsets especially no loudspeaker facility but they do the job of connectivity.

But if the router is digital only with no built in adapter, it won't work.
