So elegant
Bought this after triple accidents on the pale sofa: steamed fish juice, half a mug of coffee and and cooked tomato sauce. It arrived the next morning. Once I had assembled it - pretty easy as it all just snaps together - looked it over and delighted at the aesthetic design. The whole thing looked great. It also works very well. I was easy to use, after reading the instructions, and I got all the marks out and removed the fish smell. Just a small point about the useful video instructions the web site. Two of the icons pointed to the same video on how to put it together and addind a tube cleaning video would be helpful.

Compact Efficient Cleaner.
The mini cleaner was bought to cure a smell caused by a spillage of cream onto a dense carpet and it succeeded where all other methods had failed. It brought out an amazing amount of gunge from a small area which had been cleaned before. The cleaner is very well designed and goes down to about a 30cm cube for storage.

Easy to use!
Only used it a few times so far but I am very impressed with it! Lightweight and easy to use. My only small niggle has been the hose which is quite stiff and has been hard to turn so the brush is facing the right way. I’m sure this will improve after a few more uses and it wouldn’t stop me buying it again.

Great for small spills and freshen-ups.
So far so good! Have used on a coffee stain and also to freshen up a kitchen rug. Only critisism is the box - after attaching the hose holder you can't put the cleaner back in its box, and as its not something you would use too often being able to store in the box is a must. (I've left the hose holder off).

Vax Spot Wash Mini Carpet Cleaner
A really useful small vax , it is meant to be used on small liquid spills so you can't use it to do a whole carpet! The extraction of liquid is excellent, the hose length is just about right as it wraps around the unit for easy storage . The dirty water tank fits nicely as does the clean water /shampoo one .It's a bit noisy but it does the job !

Spot busting machine
Very happy with this machine efficiency is A1 light easy to clean and store . Only complaint is pipe storage on side it's easy to press spray button accidentally and spray yourself in face ! But would buy one again .

Does the job
I bought this to clean a rug and furniture arms, it is best to clean small areas at a time as the tank isn't very big and as some other reviews have said it can be a bit leaky. I found it best to empty the dirty water tank every time it reaches about half full. It does the job and is light enough to carry around and store but it is mostly plastic and should be cheaper.

Not recommended
The product did not spray any water out of the nozzle. There appears to be a fault with the design as I ended up ordering another two after this (as I really wanted a small model) and none of them worked! Unfortunately I cannot recommend and would not buy another Vax product now.
