Excellent picture quality and great value
Really happy with this Samsung 50-inch Mini LED TV. The picture quality is excellent, with vibrant colours, sharp 4K detail and great contrast. The Mini LED display makes a noticeable difference, particularly when watching films and darker scenes. The TV also looks really sleek and modern, and the Tizen interface is easy to use. Setup was straightforward, and everything feels responsive when navigating between apps and inputs. The gaming features are also a nice bonus. For the price, I’m very impressed with the overall quality. It’s a great all-round TV and has been a noticeable upgrade from my previous one.

Adequate but more complicated than needed
My 12 year old lounge TV was playing up so I selected this to replace it having read reviews about good sound quality. It arrived well packaged and was easy to assemble and put in position. It isn't that easy to get started watching it - I needed my phone for some aspects and the remote for others. Once I got live TV sorted I had to go on line to sort out why the sound was awful and I needed to go into settings to optimise and then all good. There is no pre-loaded BBC i-player only buttons for other things like ITV X and You Tube for example. Not finding it easy to navigate and disappointed that it says it doesn't support the BBC red button which I used every morning for the headlines and the weather! It is clearly more techy than I am used to but that should make life easier not more puzzling! I'm not a user of things like Netflix, I just want to switch to a regular channel and watch TV or perhaps catch up one of the Freeview channels. There seems more glare on it from my windows than the old one. Picture quality fine and it wasn't a bad price.

This set comes minus BBC iplayer app. Only able to get using Amazon fire stick. Spent a lot of time trying to sort this out. Due to awaiting a licence to use, I believe

No I player and yet not told this at the store! Too many options as you turn on to get live tv. Tv itself is good for all the things it should be colour/ contrast etc but lack of bbc I player is a definite disappointment .
