From Hogwarts to Your Shelf: A Playful, Moving LEGO Masterpiece
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LEGO Harry Potter set is a wonderfully imaginative tribute to the magical world of Herbology, bringing three iconic wizarding plants to life in a fun and interactive way. Featuring the Mandrake, Fanged Geranium, and Mimbulus Mimbletonia, it strikes a great balance between playful features and display-worthy design. Design & Detail Each plant has its own unique personality and build style. The Mandrake is especially charming with its expressive face and leafy top, while the Fanged Geraniums stand out with their bold red “teeth” and vibrant look. The Mimbulus Mimbletonia adds a quirky touch with its rounded, bulb-like structure. The labeled pots and small decorative elements, like the vine and earmuffs, really enhance the magical theme and make the set feel complete. Interactive Moving Features One of the biggest highlights of this set is its moving pieces, which make it far more engaging than a standard display model: The Mandrake can be pulled up from its pot, causing its roots to wiggle and its mouth to move as if it’s screaming. The Fanged Geraniums can “bite” when you turn a dial, adding a fun, slightly mischievous interaction. The Mimbulus Mimbletonia has a pulsing motion activated by turning a mechanism, giving it a lifelike, magical feel. These features make the set especially enjoyable for kids, while still being clever enough to impress adult fans. Build Experience The build is approachable but still interesting, with a variety of techniques used to create organic shapes and movement mechanisms. It’s a satisfying project that doesn’t feel repetitive, thanks to the distinct designs of each plant. Display & Play Value This set works equally well as a decorative piece or a playful toy. You can arrange the plants on the included stand or display them individually, making it versatile for different setups. The interactive elements also make it a great conversation starter. Final Verdict A creative, character-filled LEGO set that captures the magic of Hogwarts Herbology perfectly. The inclusion of multiple moving features adds a layer of fun and interactivity that sets it apart from many display-focused builds. Whether you’re a Harry Potter fan or just love unique LEGO sets, this is a delightful addition to any collection.

Super cute for Harry Potter fans
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to make the Hoqwarts Herbology Plants being a massive Harry Potter fan and Lego fan. The box was a decent size for 817 pieces. I allowed a few hours on a Sunday and an hour Monday morning to finish it. I made the Mandrake first which was my favourite piece to make and still my favourite piece in the set and to display now. The mimbulus mimbletonia was the hardest didn't help I got a piece wrong and needed to start again. The fanged geraniums fun. I love how the set is constructed so that parts move on each plant very clever design and the supercut little draw stands that allow the storage of small earrings or extra Lego spare pieces as you prefer. A great set which now looks lovely on display.

Basically bit of legi
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love Lego and love Harry Potter though was a little disappointed by the lack of challenge with this build. Though it does say 12+ so may be designed for a younger crowd.

Bringing herbology to life! 🌿
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you love Harry Potter and the lego botanical sets, you definitely need this kit. At just over 800 pieces, it's the perfect weekend build and looks absolutely spectacular on a bookshelf or display case. It's a fantastic addition to your lego Harry Potter collection. It's awesome because it actually moves. Unlike other lego flowers sets this has hidden gears to make it interactive. The mandrake shakes and screams when lifted, the fanged geraniums snap their jaws, and the mimbletonia pulsates. Classic Harry Potter and fabulous attention to detail. It's such a gorgeous display piece, can be set up however you like and great fun to build!

Great product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What great packaging all recyclable and easy to open. It was great that the instructions was easy to use and it was great to have a tool to separate the Lego pieces if you made a mistake. The only downside was I had a piece missing and it would have been nice to have a little pot or bag or something for the extra pieces to be put in.

Exactly what every Hufflepuff needs
I really enjoyed building this Lego Set. I already have the older Mandrake Set and the Herbology set, and my soft point as a proud Hufflepuff is anything as cute as a lego Mandrake. Now sits nicely on my designated HP shelf.
