Nice piece of equipment
Beneficial to have. Not really much to say: it's a barbell with curls on it. Place the weights on the end. It has clips rather than screw caps to keep the weights on. They're very secure. I like using it. I don't know whether the different angles make any different but I do find when to arm curl the angles can be more comfortable on the wrists.

Good strong bar
I bought this 2 weeks ago, as ez bar is better for curls etc. Didn't expect much for sixteen pounds, but was pleasantly surprised to find it is a good solid bar weighing at least 10kg. I would recommend as good quality for the money.

Nice EZ bar!
This is a nice EZ bar. It's solid with good knurling. I did buy seperate lock collars to hold the weights in place as oppose to the clips provided for better ease of use.
