Outstanding Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I would find the machine overwhelming and difficult to use but straight away I found the instructions really simple to follow and the machine has been a dream to use. There is even a QR code on the machine to help make set up even easier. The machine is top quality and looks so professional. The drinks are amazing quality and something I never thought would be possible to make in my own home! The machine is also super easy to clean and maintain, I cannot recommend it enough! Value for money is definitely there. You get an elite product that's well worth the money, as always with Ninja!

Game changer!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this coffee machine a week ago and I can honestly say it is absolutely brilliant. From the moment I took it out of the box - the instructions were super easy to follow and set up ready to make your first drink. It looks so professional and stylish and I could not wait to set it up. I am a lover of coffee shop drinks and for the last week have not needed to purchase bought drinks - but am enjoying trying different strengths of beans and making various types of drinks. I’ve purchased several strengths of coffee and the machine grinds the beans automatically to get the correct size to make the best coffee possible each time. The froth is superb with both plant based and dairy products - It is creamy and thick every time. I love how the wand self cleans straight after every drink. I’ve never had an ice or cold brew drink before - always opting for a hot coffee - UNTIL NOW. - in this hot weather it has been a game changer for our household. Every coffee made is made at the same high standard and never disappoints whether it is a hot or cold drink. Pre ground coffee and coffee beans is an added bonus for me - I love the ability to change from one to the other without even thinking about it. The machine prompts when the tray needs emptying / the water needs refilling and your drinks are made. It’s so easy to keep clean - ready for the next coffee to be made and the water filter is an added extra I’ve never had before. There is nothing I can fault - I’ve even bought new coffee mugs and taller coffee glasses for the over ice and cold brew drinks. This machine offers something for everyone. I can even just have frothed milk or hot water - what more could I ask for.

A kitchen essential for those who love coffee l
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On arrival this machine looked as if it might be complicated to use - but it has very quickly become a much used kitchen device providing us with a consistently good daily cappuccino! It is a complex and sophisticated machine (hence the price) but by following all instructions carefully, we were able to quickly master how it worked and it didn’t take long before it became very simple and easy to use. At the press of a button you are provided with a hot or cold drink depending on preference. The Milk frother works effectively alongside the coffee maker or can be used independently and you can even just add hot water to a coffee or tea bag if required. It is good having the choice of using either coffee beans or ground coffee and the removal of the coffee waste (puck) is easy and clean. All parts of the machine are in fact easy to keep clean. The calibration process does take some time but is a necessary feature for a consistent grind. We did get an ‘Error 43’ message once. We switched the machine off at the plug, left it for 20 minutes and it worked fine again once plugged back in. A further bonus is the aroma of fresh coffee in the home and all the used coffee granules can be used as compost for plants in the garden!

Great machine, simple setup and easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recieved the product over the weekend, very simple to setup and use to be honest, Packaging was really strong and ensured no issues with damage to the machine at all, simple to open as the quick open box made the product really easy to get out of the box, setup was very simple by the use of the webapp (Scanned a QR code) and then followed through the instructions to make a Latte, the touch screen display made it very simple to select and also make any changes to the product, Milk jug and wand was really simple to use and also clean after.... after making 3 coffees so far I couldnt be more impressed with the unit!

Ninja as the name, will never let you down
I just wish I can have this product as I have used a lot of ninja products first products is the blander than double air fryer than smoothie, ninja pressure cooker and last product is the on the go smoothly bottle
