Morning at home or office is perfect with this product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is just perfect. Is a good size. Not too big but not too small. The water tank takes up to 1.2l. I like that there is a variety of coffee you can make with it but also the frothing and hot water features makes it more appealing. Is so easy to use and set up. The coffee comes our perfect.

What a machine!

I have always wanted one and wow it does live up to its expectations !! The coffees are amazing, I have been making myself and my mum lattes from the minute I got it. Very easy to clean, tray slides out and the frother actually washes after every use on its own. I am so excited to see what else I can make with this and the ice coffee setting will be a must have in the summer, coffee for the winter! Amazing machine, I love it

Lovely coffee and hot chocolate
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is absolutely amazing!! As soon as it arrived I went out and got what I needed and made a latte with fresh beans. Its so easy to use too! I also made a hot chocolate using the milk froth function and it was the best hot chocolate I have made!!

Incredibly clever coffee machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was over the moon to be chosen to receive the ninja autobrista automatic espresso machine. Although it’s quite a big machine, it’s compact at the same time it’s easy to remove from the box and easy to follow instructions get you set up to make brews in no time. I couldn’t wait to get started, so I set it up to make a frothy cappuccino and it did not disappoint. It really is so simple to use. Although I was a little bit perplexed by the instructions initially, they are actually really straightforward and set up ensures you have the perfect unique drink made to your taste and your preferences. The machine cleans itself and daily maintenance is pretty straightforward as appears to be the monthly maintenance. I can’t wait to try all the different drink this is capable of producing. It really is a beautiful clever bit of kit, and I’m absolutely over the moon to own it. I feel like a barista in the making.  I can’t pick out anything negative to say currently. It’s just incredible and truly worth the money if you were considering purchasing the possibilities are endless. Ninja products are a must in my house. They really are quality. products. Everything is thought of, all the finer details, even easy clean, easy maintenance, easy drinks, but with a touch of quality. Absolutely incredible, thank you so much. One very happy coffee lover here

Not up to expectation
the machine is overly complicated the crema is very poor, the Grind IQ takes forever to get sorted and used over half a bag of coffee. Having had a De'Longhi for many years, this was a terrible mestake

A little disappointed
Seems to calibrate a lot using whole bags of beans at a time.

Very poor consistency and unnecessarily faffy.
Like all ninja products I have bought the design and build quality is excellent. However, it is unnecessarily faffy needs nurturing all the time. It fails on the fundamental level to produce consistently good coffee. The grind IQ just doesn’t work well at all. It needed recalibration twice a week and blazed through beans at an alarming rate. Calibration slips - manually change grind - slips - change again - then recalibrate. I have sent it back, and bought an alternative. It is so much better overall, but the autobarista makes awesome coffee a couple of times but then fails. If it was consistent it would be a great machine.
