Exploded!
When unpacking and removing the lid and filter a large circular chunk of glass exploded out the side! It could have been more disasterous as my 6 month Cockapoo immediately snatched it up but we managed to retrieve it before he injured himself. There must have been a fault in the glass and the lid was rammed in really tightly which might explain what happened..

Good simple design
Good quality and easy to lift once full. Glass - so very hot to the touch. Easy to clean and looks nice on the table. Glad I bought it.

Originally purchased for green tea
Originally purchased for green tea but have now gone over to normal loose tea what I do like is the removable diffuser excellent idea no tea leaves down the sink &no need for a tea strainer good job

Lovely teapot
The advantage this teapot had over my last is that the infuser can be taken out and you can still use the teapot. I don't know how long it will last being glass but it's no different to any other teapot I've used, certainly no thinner. Just use good quality tea as dust is always grim with any strainer.

What a lovely teapot!
I saw this in the catalogue as my husband and I were looking for a teapot to use with loose tea and it has been a great buy and a reasonable price. Prompt service as well

Great value
Bought this to replace a push down tea pot. It works really well, no push down but the metal filter allows you to mash the tea to perfection, then the whole thing lifts easily out.

Round glass teapot
Bought this as a replacement for a similar product.Improvement !! Excellent porer and the deep fitting lid is superb. The handle is of a great design and having "grip problems" with my hands I found this easy to use. Finally, makes a great cuppa!!
