Super easy to extend, simply pull each end apart, grab the extra section from underneath, and pop it into place.

Followed all instructions and is better to use a drill as some holes dont match up. Was a strip of valcro missing on the chairs but fixed that myself.Once all together its such a really nice set.

The design of the table is terrible, because the legs of table are so chunky that two people can't even seat side by side. Such a bummer. In day to day use also the table height is a big issue, the table is so high that if your height is less than 6 ft (181 CMS) than you going to feel a strong discomfort in your back. Assembling the table was also a nightmare, holes don't align properly and parts missing. If you're not good at assembling please don't even think about buying this table. All in all avoid this table and chairs. I got trapped in the attractive deal offered by Argos and now I'm stuck with this piece of junk.

Miami Table and chairs
I bought this a couple of weeks ago. The chairs were extremely easy to put together, they were very nicely packaged. The delivery drivers were very pleasant and brought all the items into my house. The table took two of us approximately 3 hours to build, one major mistake made, the main frame was the wrong way up, so we had to take the legs off and turn it the right way up, so do check all the instructions prior to starting to build. The instructions overall were very good and it was not difficult to follow. The chairs are excellent for the price and the table is also very solid once up. Please note that the table legs and underside have a blue like cling film on for protection, I thought they had made a mistake and sent the wrong colour!

Our supplier has advised that the 8591559 is not extendable, the 8271312 is extendable to 160cm with 4 chairs and 7626353 is 160cm extendable to 200cm. I can see that this item is the 120cm extendable to 160cm.

Yes that's correct. The length of the bale without the extension leaf is 120cm and once the extension leaf is added the length is 160cm.

Our supplier has advised that the Habitat Miami Gloss Extending Table is scratch and moisture resistant but it is recommended to use pads under hot dishes.
