I recently bought this toilet seat as a more comfortable option to the one we had! Comes with instructions and very straightforward to install! Added bonus, it's sparkly so a very funky addition to our bathroom!

Nice design, but that is it...
The seat looked nice and closed at it should, but big gaps between the seat and lid, which made it move. The fixtures were not durable. One of the platic pieces broke... I had to return it and buy from a different company, more expensive.

I have spoken to our supplier who have advised as follows.
The hinge can be adjusted, if you move the seat hinge a little to make a space with cistern so it will open 90 degrees.
The lid should then stay up.
