The capacity is great but on the other hand if not too full is a bit tricky dealing with it because it becomes shapeless, not compact. The handle could be improved because it seems to be two parts joined and when it’s very full, it might feel like falling apart.

Nice trolley bag
Excellent trolley bag, great capacity, and makes shopping so much easier! Very easy to pull along and manages to climb the stairs too. Stands up well, and generally seems good quality. The wheels need popping on when you get it, but it's easy enough and the Argos employee kindly helped me, so I could use it right away. Overall very happy with it, highly recommend.

Useful, strong trolley
Previous trolley from Argos, same make, lasted several years of heavyweight usage and hopefully this one will be the same. Slight niggle is that if it's very full the velcro holding the cover on isn't strong enough but easily sorted by putting a kilt pin( giant, tough safety pin - for younger users who may never have encountered one) through the - very tough- material .

Easy to cart 2 wheeled shopping trolley
I bought this to replace a stair climber trolley as the bag had split open. The wheels were easy to fix in place and so far have not fallen off. I find this 2 wheeler actually easier to wheel up to the first floor level. The bag is spacious and I can easily fit in two 10ltr bags of cat litter. My only grumble is stability. I find that if the bag is not balanced inside it tends to keep toppling over which is a nuisance. The bag does not seem that strong so I don't know how long it will last before it will split. As we are currently in a drought at the time of writing I am not able to comment on whether the bag is waterproof. Hence I have only marked it as 3 stars.

I can confirm that the main bag itself slots over the frame and this is stitched, however there is a piece at the top that velcros up and through the handle.
