The slimline, lightweight support features Multi Zone Compression which helps relieve symptoms of strains sprains & instabilities as well as supporting injured weak or arthritic wrists. 3 sizes available.

A little extra support
I wore this for a few months to support my wrist where I fell on it. It was enough support to help with things like cooking, working out, and crawling around on the floor with my kids while my wrist healed without being bulky or restrictive. A few months later wrist now fully healed. Only negative is that it wasn’t super breathable so hand got a bit sweaty but all in all good purchase.

To fit an 18cm wrist you would need a size Medium. The sizing is,
Small 13-16cm
Medium 16-19cm
Large 19-23cm.

The sizing is problematic. My wrist is 15cm so I bought the small support. It is so tight on my hand that my fingers and thumb swelled and went cold after a few minutes- so too tight. After opening I guess that this cant be returned?

I can confirm either size would be suitable. For a tighter fit which would be more supportive I would suggest Small.
