Really helping my painful hands
I bought these because the pain in my thumbs and wrists was becoming so bad that it kept me awake and since I’ve been wearing them it’s so much better. I would recommend these supports for anyone with arthritis in their wrist and thumbs.

Useful light support
It stopped the pain, and was a useful light support, and I could still get on with most jobs while wearing it. However it was painful to get on and rubbed the ligament (?) between thumb and first finger which made me wonder whether I should have gone for the size up. My wrist is very small but I am tall so the rest of the glove didn't fit too well. Perhaps other measurements - eg width/height of hand - could be given for use when deciding what to buy.

To fit an 18cm wrist you would need a size Medium. The sizing is,
Small 13-16cm
Medium 16-19cm
Large 19-23cm.

The sizing is problematic. My wrist is 15cm so I bought the small support. It is so tight on my hand that my fingers and thumb swelled and went cold after a few minutes- so too tight. After opening I guess that this cant be returned?

I can confirm either size would be suitable. For a tighter fit which would be more supportive I would suggest Small.
