Great to use
Bought this few weeks ago. Didn’t realise how wide it is but then that’s what makes it cook a great paella. For me it’s a good buy and very reasonably priced.

Looks good, quite thin but does the job, pings when it contracts when put on heat which made me.jump! Used 3 times while.pracricing my paella and still in good condition...used ovwr 2 burners.and rotated regularly to.emsure.wvwn cooking which worked fine...a.shame I'm not good cook as pella wasn't very nice but pan was!

Although listed as a paella dish I was looking for something to cook some skate wings on my Weber barbecue. This choice was excellent. Similar items were much more expensive being usually cast iron. I was worried it might warp with the heat but no need to worry.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the 40cm Non Stick Carbon Steel Paella Pan: ''This pan is not suitable for camp fire use as the flame and heat is extremely hard to control and this item needs to be used on a low heat. The customer would be better off uncoated plain steel or enamel cookware.''

I would disagree with it being dishwasher safe mine went into the dishwasher and the non stick peeled off had to bin it as no one wants non stick bits of coating in the food. Saying that good value for money and was pleased with it prior to it going into dishwasher. I'll probably purchase a replacement just won't put it in dishwasher this time
