I have never used for homemade pizza but cannot see why not if oiled/floured so as not to stick to the tray
I haven't tried, but I don't see why not, the Pizza Tray will cook any type of pizza, from a really thick base, to a thin base.. I am about to order my second set as I like the pizza base tray

HI am sorry this cannot be used in the microwave, any item containing any type of metal should NEVER be used in a microwave, its highly dangerous it will cause sparks and can set fire and shatter the glass and blow up please be careful always check if your kitchen ware is ok to use in the microwave if it docent say its microwave safe... then please DONT use it.. better to be safe than sorry hope this is of help to you..
