Love My AEG Washing Machine.
This is my second AEG washing machine and l cannot fault it. The last one gave me 8 years perfect service so when the old machine went wrong the obvious choice was another similar model but a larger wash load. This one is quieter than my old Pro sense and it cleans clothes perfectly. I give it 5 stars and highly recommend this machine. Being a pensioner l didn't want to spend a lot of money so this model was within my pension budget.

Annoying function change to make it less easy to select for example spin only function. Machine feels cheaper than our old one. Major issue - Powder filler drawer designed not to open half as as far as the old machine and therefore wont clear our work surface - I guess this is deliberate to make you buy a more expensive intergrated machine.

This is my 3rd washing machine i think there quality the performance the look of the machine . My new one isn't much different to my old one the dials and functions are slightly different. The only thing I dont like about this machine is when I want to give it a extra spin thats taking some getting used to compared to my old machine .I sold my old washing machine as it was still in excellent condition and will still last somebody else years I preferred the spin/rinse cycle on my odl machine .but dont let that put you off i paid such a great price with a code plus free delivery .I have other aeg products in my home 3 cordless vacuums also amazing im looking at the matching tumble dryer next but waiting for another code or black Friday

It's brilliant
We love it!. The 20 min quick wash actually (I think) cleans our washing better than our super dooper, loads of gadgets, last washing machine. The spin on this cycle also means less drying time. Would highly recommend, although have never felt the need to use anything other than quick wash upto now. Love the look of this machine, quite and efficient. Shipping and after service definitely 5 star, kept updated through every step upto delivery and after service, checking if everything ok.

Doesn’t fit in space left by broken machine
Nice machine but… The specification says it’s slightly smaller than our old AEG but the new design expects the filler water tap and pipe to be in a different place so machine sticks out over 50mm at front of worktop. Still trying to get a plumber to come and fix it. Bad!

The LFR61844B Freestanding Washing Machine is not self-cleaning per se.
Please refer to the appropriate section of the user manual - Section 14. CARE AND CLEANING (page 29 - 33), which also explains maintenance washes.
Please also refer to Section 14.6 (Page 30).
The door seal is designed with a self-cleaning draining system, allowing light fluff fibres that fall off the clothes to be drained out with the water. We advise to regularly examine the seal. Coins, buttons, other small items can be recovered at the end of the cycle
