Doesn't suck up
Not good at all. Blows air out the bottom of the hoover and doesnt suck anything up. Blows air out and blows everything away from the hoover. Going to have to buy a new one might go with vax this time 😔

Great hoover with a few cons
It’s a great hoover, however the cord isn’t long as previous shark hoovers I’ve used, I’m now having to keep switching plug sockets for a few rooms. The suction is great, but I should have got the anti hair wrap as my hair is all wrapped up at the bottom.

Not worth it
We got this hoover about 2 weeks ago and im really disappointed, it works okay on hard flooring but on carpets or thicker carperts it won't glide over the carpet and red light comes on to say its blocked. I've found myself going back to my old hoover, I wouldn't buy another shark again for the money aswell it really isn't worth it

Happy shark
This shark hoover definitely has a bite in a good way ! It glides effortlessly around the room and is releatively quiet so doesn't disturb the other animals. It is very light and great for the stairs due to its special feature of being able to partly detach from the main body. So far, so good.

This model does not have anti-hair wrap capabilities.
The brushroll of this vacuum cannot be completely stopped. By using the hard-floor setting, you can reduce its speed to help prevent damage to delicate carpet fibers or similar materials. We recommend testing the vacuum on an isolated patch before using it on such areas.
This hoover is designed to be used on both normal carpets as well as carpeted stairs.
This vacuum can be used on a wool carpet. For a wool carpet, we recommend using the hard-floor setting because it stops the brush from rotating, thus preventing potential damage to the carpet.

The Shark NV602UKT have a little compartment attached on the motor base where you can store the crevice tool, and the pet brush can be stored in a place that is at your ease, like a cabinet.

Refit both filters. Place the felt filter in first, then the foam filter on top, wash with cold water only, let them air dry for at least 24 hours, and never run the vacuum without both in place.
The NV602UKT is a bagless upright vacuum using a 1.1 L dust cup for debris collection.
