A pet owner's best friend
I am seriously impressed with the suction on this Shark. Having pets usually means a constant battle with fur, but this vacuum picks up everything from deep within the carpet fibers. The **Lift-Away feature** is a total lifesaver for doing the stairs and reaching high corners without lugging the whole unit up with you. It’s also surprisingly easy to maneuver around furniture thanks to the swivel steering. **Pros:** * Powerful suction that doesn’t fade. * Great HEPA filtration (no dusty smells). * Very easy to empty and clean the filters. **Cons:** * A little bit top-heavy, but you get used to it quickly. If you want a deep clean without the premium price tag, this is the one to get. Definitely recommend!

Great all rounder .
it has been used twice since the purchase and boy it does not dissapoint The suction is top notch and with the added guide lights its easy to see the dust in those dark corners . The attachments afforded make cleaning most surfaces and fabrics a breeze . One thing to watch for is the roller which directs the dust into the suction point , just make sure you give it a clean every now and then or it will clog up, putting strain on the motor and inevitable burn out. If it lasts as long as the previous shark it should be well worth the investment in it .

Superb vacuum cleaner!
I am absolutely thrilled with my new cleaner. I would highly recommend this product above many of the other vacuum cleaners I’ve previously used. The suction on it is marvellous and you can visibly see the difference after a clean. It’s really easy to operate and lightweight to lift, also very easy to empty. I’m already telling everyone to buy one!

I have no problem with the Vacuum it works very well, however, after 16 times trying to set up the warranty on-line I gave up so haven't got a warranty, so that I put down as very poor after sales service.

Shark pet hoover
Good hoover but not good in certain directions of the pile. If not hoovering in right direction the hoover doesn’t pull back smoothly it jumps , so not good in that way.

Great hoover
I bought this as it had good reviews and from friends who have one, saying it was good. It's easy too manoeuvre, and I like the design in that it drops flat to go under objects. It's light, which is great when doing the stairs. It's much quieter than my other hoover. Suction is great, very surprised how much dirt it can shift.

The Shark Classic Lift‑Away does not feature Edge‑to‑Edge or DuoClean technology. It is equipped with a standard motorised floor nozzle designed to effectively clean both carpets and hard floors. Edge‑to‑Edge cleaning capabilities are typically found on newer Shark models, such as those in the Anti Hair Wrap or DuoClean ranges.
This model does not have anti-hair wrap capabilities.
The brushroll of this vacuum cannot be completely stopped. By using the hard-floor setting, you can reduce its speed to help prevent damage to delicate carpet fibers or similar materials. We recommend testing the vacuum on an isolated patch before using it on such areas.
This hoover is designed to be used on both normal carpets as well as carpeted stairs.
This vacuum can be used on a wool carpet. For a wool carpet, we recommend using the hard-floor setting because it stops the brush from rotating, thus preventing potential damage to the carpet.

The Shark NV602UKT have a little compartment attached on the motor base where you can store the crevice tool, and the pet brush can be stored in a place that is at your ease, like a cabinet.

Refit both filters. Place the felt filter in first, then the foam filter on top, wash with cold water only, let them air dry for at least 24 hours, and never run the vacuum without both in place.
The NV602UKT is a bagless upright vacuum using a 1.1 L dust cup for debris collection.
