Henry saves the day
I urge eveyone not to purchase any shark hoovers...all the reviews are from when they first buy them and at that point they think they are the best things since sliced bread...hey i thought the same ! 2.5 ys down the line....you guessed it its broke...stopped picking anything up and is in actual fact its spitting stuff back out...bork ! Gets in touch with shark..they send you some trouble shooting tips to try...done all of them and still spitting out so they send me an email wanting proof of purchase...fair ebough...send said proof and oh hang on a minitue its not a PDF its just an email body from very...so agent whos dealung with my request obviously cant read an email.body so now she wants a PDF..how and why thats going to make a difference to my order number and proof.of how i paid i dont know..so.now shes going to have to wait another 3 days to get the blasted PDF so she can then see exactly the same infornation thats in the email body before she can deal with my complaint...ive got a feeling shes going to.come up with more baloney and tell ke she cant help because i havent registered the warranty or its out of warranty ot whatever ! Isnt it pretty obvious that the ptoducts dont last if they give you a 5 year warranty? So after the 5 years it will.conveniently break for life and you cant do sod all with it except fork out for a new one....ive got my good old trusty henry bavk out of retitement..hes 15 years old and still sucking the life out of my carpets since they day i got him....if you want my honest opinion..save your hard earned cash and get henry..now these really are the best things since sliced bread...!

Would buy again
We have a Labrador so have to deal with a lot of hair in the house. This hoover is amazing at getting it all, and isn’t heavy at all considering how powerful it is. Will absolutely be repurchasing whenever we need to.

Product is great but the plug isn't up to standard
I've bought a Shark hoover before which was great for removing pet hair so I had no qualms about buying another hoover from Shark. The product is great but the 3 pin plug is part plastic and part metal. One of the pins has snapped off rendering the hoover useless until I change the plug for one with metal pins which means cutting off the moulded plug and exchanging it for a non moulded plug.

This is an impressive vacuum cleaner. Superb suction and very light and easy to move around. The attachments are quick and easy to fit. It picks up pet hair brilliantly.

This model does not have anti-hair wrap capabilities.
The brushroll of this vacuum cannot be completely stopped. By using the hard-floor setting, you can reduce its speed to help prevent damage to delicate carpet fibers or similar materials. We recommend testing the vacuum on an isolated patch before using it on such areas.
This hoover is designed to be used on both normal carpets as well as carpeted stairs.
This vacuum can be used on a wool carpet. For a wool carpet, we recommend using the hard-floor setting because it stops the brush from rotating, thus preventing potential damage to the carpet.

The Shark NV602UKT have a little compartment attached on the motor base where you can store the crevice tool, and the pet brush can be stored in a place that is at your ease, like a cabinet.

Refit both filters. Place the felt filter in first, then the foam filter on top, wash with cold water only, let them air dry for at least 24 hours, and never run the vacuum without both in place.
The NV602UKT is a bagless upright vacuum using a 1.1 L dust cup for debris collection.
