Cushioned foot rest and side supports.
A cushion supports baby's head and is removable as they grow.
Toy bar is removable & also pivots out of the way to make it easier to take baby in and out of the seat.

The Ingenuity Cradling Bouncer, Morrison with Toys & Melodies should recline to an almost lying setting but should not lay flat. Can you check to confirm the frame has been put together correctly? If part of the frame has been attached in reverse, it may cause the seat to be reclined to an flat setting and also make it harder to add the cover.
