Very good health device.
Bought this 3 weeks ago and im glad I took the plunge. It is accurate, battery life is excellent and the app is the best I have seen... Is it worth the price, I am not 100% sure yet, time will tell. Disappointing that the extra charger is £100 when the ring is £500 and the most expensive on the market.

Worth getting!
I’ve been meaning to get an Oura ring for a while b it I have a Garmin and wasn’t sure if I needed it too. Invest only had it a week but I can already see how it’s building a picture of my health etc. and the app is really useful with the dashboards everything is easy to find. You definitely need to get the sizing kit first, the ring I needed was the smallest one I would never have said my hands were that small. Over time it is going to build a better profile on me and will be able to detect if I’m feeling a bit under the weather etc. so that will be good but so far so good, I’d definitely recommend. It also looks lovely in the silver.
