After 5 months the trimmer refused to turn on
Purchased BT3234/15, after 5 months the trimmer refused to turn on. Troubleshooted per Phillips instructions but no success. Unfortunately, Live chat was only form on Contact, and was completely steered away from issues to fix device.

RUBBISH stopped working after 2 months. I only use it once a week as well and just died.

Sharp blades. Good adjustment that so far does not seem to change of its own free will as my previous models did. Good charge run time. Disappointed that it does not have vacuum collection like my previous trimmers. Be prepared to clean up mess! No accessories which is disappointing for the price.

Philips Beardtrimmer series 3000.
A bit apprehensive when I have to buy a new shaver. So opted to give the 3000 a go. Controls are easy to use, cuts my beard in no time at all...i haven't had to charge it yet after being used 3 times a week for the last 5 months.
