Although this watch doesn’t need to be charged, it does need to be kept in daylight, not in a dark area or cupboard.

The bezel is the part of the watch case that surrounds the watch glass, no bezel means that this watch does not have this feature.

If you hold the watch right against your ear, you can hear a tiny tick as the second hand goes round. But it is not detectable at all in normal use.
