Overall very useful only a minor gripe, despite the head attaching with a secure lock the rest of the pole extends and collapses relying on friction. Not had any problems with that so far but it doesn't feel the most secure, with wear and tear I could see this coming apart quite quickly. I would have preferred the extension of the pole to have the same click lock as the head.

Does the job
Bought this recently to replace one that had broken( after several years of use) . This one is a decent weight and the extension is more than adequate for the upper window's. The scraper attachment is very useful. My only criticism would be the angle of cleaning head. It could do with an adjustment to angle the head for ease of use. But all in all it means I no longer have to use ladders so fine by me.

Not great
Use on one window fine. Went to do second and the top part of pole would not stay extended. Where it dropped so violently the cleaning attachment became wedged on to pole and would not come off.

You could potentially use for light to moderate cleaning (e.g: removing dust, cobwebs, or light dirt) However, the set is primarily designed for windows, so it may not be as effective for tougher outdoor grime or textured surfaces.
You might need a stronger cleaning solution or a stiffer brush attachment (not included) for more stubborn dirt.

The supplier has advised the following on the Home Window Cleaning Set:
“ The pole can be extended to 3.2m. ”
This would also depend on the angle as well as a more extreme angle for the top of the roof might require you to rise you height to be able to reach it.
