Bought this recently to replace one that had broken( after several years of use) . This one is a decent weight and the extension is more than adequate for the upper window's. The scraper attachment is very useful. My only criticism would be the angle of cleaning head. It could do with an adjustment to angle the head for ease of use. But all in all it means I no longer have to use ladders so fine by me.

Use on one window fine. Went to do second and the top part of pole would not stay extended. Where it dropped so violently the cleaning attachment became wedged on to pole and would not come off.

The sponge is fine and I can just about reach my top windows with the pole. The issue is the squeegee, it is not very good quality and leaves streaks.
