Had very little use as yet - but seems fine on the steam function (which is the only one I’m likely to use). Nice to handle - good weight to it. Reasonable price. Only downside to me is the ‘extra long’ cable which I don’t need and which can be a bit of a nuisance to wind and store. Fine - if you need it!

Yes you can, I bought a tv from Argos with nectar points. When you get to checkout in the payments section select nectar and it should be plain sailing from there
It mainly depends on the water hardness in your area. We do always advise to use deionised or demineralised water that is purchased at supermarkets as they are plain water with no salts, limescale or minerals in there
