About this product
The Habitat Derwent Wardrobe keeps your bedroom organised with ample hanging space and storage for coats and folded bedding. Made from solid oiled oak and oak veneer, a natural hardwood known for strength and warmth, it features two doors opening to a spacious interior with a solid oak hanging rail for dresses, suits and shirts, plus a full-length mirror inside to check your outfit. A bottom drawer stores bedding, jumpers or anything you want tucked away. Slim legs lift the frame off the floor, giving a light, mid-century feel and making cleaning underneath easy.
The hanging compartment and bottom shelf provide flexible storage for clothes, shoes and accessories, so everything has its place. The oiled oak finish highlights the wood's natural grain and protects the surface from everyday wear. Wall fixings are included and important, as this wardrobe is over 60cm high and must be securely attached to prevent overturning, especially if you have children. Self-assembly requires two people; all fixings and instructions are provided. The natural oak tone complements most bedroom furniture and adds a warm, timeless look to your space.

Great looking piece
It arrived by Argos delivery, the men were very helpful. The packages were in good condition and the wardrobe pieces were very well packaged and protected. By following the enclosed instructions the wardrobes were sturdy when assembled. The oak had been oiled and the wardrobes look very stylish. Although the web site states that the mirror door cannot be changed we did hang one of them with the mirror door on the opposite side. The levelling of the doors takes time but they are symmetrical.

Bought April 2024. Looks great and is very stylish and "light" as legs make it look less chunky. Useful drawer and mirror inside. Son put it together with no problems.

Looks great, and grea price for large solid wardrobe. Slightly warped wood on doors but can live with it for the price. Was able to build with one person, instructions clear Had a few issues reg delivery... Arrived damaged first and then had a part missing the second time but each time customer services sorted quickly for me at no further expense or inconvenience so 5* for customer services

Derwent wardrobe
It’s a nice looking wardrobe and assembly was fine. The wood is a bit rougher than more expensive scandi style wardrobes. The packages were very heavy and could only be delivered to the ground floor - this could be a problem for some people.

Great sturdy oak wardrobe, which roughly took 2 hours for two people to put together. No issues with in the first week, and it looks great.

the base above the drawer is not a shelf! its a base. why are you using misleading language? i suppose you can call the top section a seat if you are willing to climb on top. Does it also double as a house for a hamster? or a tent made of wood? it is absolutely ludicrous to describe a base as a shelf! completely misleading and idiotic
