New Grill
I bought this G F grill on the 20th November to replace a 20 year + older grill. I am please with the new unit but miss some of the older design. The old unit had larger rubber feet and did not slip around on the work surface as this one dose, also when cleaning the lid in the upright position fluid and cooking debris falls down into the hinge area. The older unit design everything dropped onto the bottom tray. The old grill was bigger then the new small one so bought the medium size which gives more cooking space and heats up quicker.

Lovely looking grill
Nice looking compact grill at a great price, , but I had to send it back as I thought it would be big enough for 2 people, but absolutely fine for 1 person , as I didn't use it I can't comment on performance

Fabulous little grill
I have been using this grill for my cheese, onion and tomato toasties almost daily and it is fabulous, Very smart looking. I have an old one which still works but after 18 years, it is looking a bit scruffy so l have put it in a cupboard and am using this new one . I can't quite work out how to stand it up to take up less room but I am still extremely happy with it and also with the discounted price at Argos. Many thanks.

Quick and easy to use -
I live in a flat with open plan living area and kitchen - much better than cooking bacon in a frying pan - no lingering cooking smells - also so easy to clean - will also be using it for beef burgers and steak

The dimensions listed above are completely wrong and misleading. Another answer from Argos, further down, says that the plates are only 16.5cm x 16.5cm. There is no way to fit two toasties regardless of the size of the bread used.

Hello Pete78,
The supplier has advised the following on the George Foreman Small Health Fit Grill 25800:
“ I do not have an exact dimensions of the cooking area but it is a little bit narrower( +- 1cm each side) and 2-3cm shorter near hinges ”
Thanks for using Q&A.
The actual cooking area size is only slightly smaller than the overall size.
It is very small to be honest but ok for a couple of rashes if bacon for e.g.
Yes, but it is a nightmare to clean afterwards and you may well get first-degree burns while trying to open the lid. The performance is good, but it needs removable plates and a safety handle to raise the top plate. Pity, otherwise it is small, neat and cooks Hamburgers and chicken breast uniformly and quickly. I give it only a 3 though - it really is dangerous.
