You're building stamina and tracking every session properly. This Concept2 BikeErg gives you instant workout feedback through a sophisticated performance monitor. It's got 20 user programmes to choose from. The air resistance flywheel responds smoothly to your efforts. You'll be able to compare times and distances with others.
The monitor displays distance, time, rate, watts, calories and splits. Adjust the damper to change how the ride feels. The seat and handlebar both adjust for your comfort. Transportation wheels let you move it easily. It's mains powered and needs minimal assembly.
