I bought this machine as i have got bad pain in both of my knees and I thought I would give it ago. It has been the best buy ever as soon as u start using it the little feel of muscle been pumped is amazing . U r recommended 2 use it on yr knee 4 only the hour ,is what I do and after that time u certainly can feel the difference. It has made me feel more better in myself ,but as it states it takes up2 8 weeks 2 c a more proper improvement. But by far the best thing I have bought. Certainly worth giving it ago.

Starting to feel the benefits
Bought this as having pain in my knee and plantar fascilis in my foot. Already had one knee replaced and tried steroid injection in foot , thought I would give this a try. Only been using 3 weeks but already feeling the benefits, cut down on pain killers and walking a bit easier. Has not stopped all the pain but it does say try for 6 weeks. Hoping for more improvement the longer I use it.

It is not recommended to use both at the same time.
