Does the job
Does the job. It certainly is large. Too large for my airer, but I needed the length to cover the bottom part of the dryer arms. The main problem is that the material is thin and 'flappy' (especially with it being so wide), so if it's to be used in a windy location the noise may be irritating. It doesn't appear to be waterproof either although it is water repellant. The drawstring secures the cover around the dryer pole (not as shown on the pictures). It is also in a loop, so you have to pass it over the top of the dryer arms to fit/remove the cover. This makes the zip pretty much redundant. Incidentally, my previous cover was made of thicker and stiffer fabric and lasted over 10 years. This one won't!

I bought this cover for my new rotary washing line. It is plenty big enough for my line and the material it is made from seems good quality. My one complaint is that the drawstring on it to pull it tight around the bottom of the pole when you are putting the line away has a sprung loaded toggle on it in which each end of the drawstring is located in so you cannot open the bottom of cover completely to put it over the top of the line to cover it without undoing and removing the toggle. The top of the line is too high to reach the top so you cannot place over the top of the raised arms of the line.

Works well if a little on the long side. When I get time I’ll shorten it but for now it’s fine. It’s doing what it’s meant to do.

Having checked I can see the airer is 18 x 25 x 220cm when closed.
The cover is H178, W35, therefore this will fit the airer but not all the way to the floor.
