As expected
Bought this a few months ago and so far it’s done the job great for tracking my calories and weighing food. I use it multiple times a day and so far no issues. The only thing is when I tare/ zero the scale it flickers between 0g and 2g almost every time which is a bit annoying. Other than that it works great good value for money

These scales display the weight quicker than our previous scales but when taring a container, it shows 2g or -2g. The weighing part also feels like it is mounted on springs and feels quite flimsy. All in all happy with product but probably wouldn’t have bought if compared in store.

Inaccurate
Very inaccurate. When set to zero they fluctuate between-2 and +3 Weighed 10 grams knew what it read was wrong lifted off and weighed again showed 18 grams. Scales are on level surface I suppose you get what you pay for. They do look nice though !

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Salter Electronic Kitchen Scale with Steel Platform- Silver: The scales will detect as low as 1g. the stainless steel circle is purely cosmetic. Items can be placed anywhere on the scale for weighing, the most accurate being the centre of the platform.

The first one was included….but they are easy to get hold of…just look for the no on the battery and any shop that sells batteries will have them.
