Accurate and easy to use
H-B is a brand name I trust and these scales are excellent, accurate, easy to use and look good in my kitchen, the fluid measurement option is also very useful, The only minus point is that I would love to have seen them a bit bigger as sometimes what you are weighing obscures the display.

Expensive set of scales & weight was inconsistent
Bought these hoping they'd be good for baking etc but the scales were inconsistent and gave different readings for the same items. Rubbish really

Compact and precise, but a bit flimsy.
I bought these as an upgrade from the Salter Electronic Kitchen Scale with Steel Platform- Silver, which I had previously bought and which died after two weeks. I was pleased with the upgrade: the scales are sturdier than the cheaper version, and more precise. I have used them constantly for the last four weeks, as I am on a diet using an app to log everything I eat, great fun. They still feel quite flimsy, however, and the steel platform gets scratched immediately just with the bottom of the ceramic bowls I use to weigh my breakfast cereal, but I guess that's just a cosmetic thing. I am holding my breath that they don't conk out like the lesser model, although, as I said, they do feel slightly sturdier, and have so far lasted twice as long as the previous model. Both models are guaranteed for 15 years, however, so one can buy them with confidence. They are really small and easily stored away, and do the job perfectly well.

Great Scale
Good scale. I believe its accurate. I like to physical buttons as they are better than the touch ones I had on my old scale. I would definitely recommend it.

Fairly accurate for most kitchen requirments
Bought this model as needed an accurate scales for measuring light ingredients. Ok but will not measure below1 gram and if measuring same item more than once will display 1/2 a gram discrepancy , but unless you require absolute accuracy that is fine for most things.

The Heston Blumenthal Precision Scale - Black weighs to a maximum capacity of 5kg / 11lbs with graduations of 0.5g / 0.02oz / 0.5ml / 0.02fl.oz.
For these scales to have graduations of 0.1g then there would be a much lower maximum capacity.

No. Starts at 0.5g
I don't like this. Porridge dust & flour dust fall around the control buttons and it's hard, if not impossible to clean out. Also difficult to clean under the silver scale, where the red is seen. Putting a dish on each day to weigh porridge causes scratches too. Poor design I'd say.
